Return and Warranty Policy
Adamanta prides itself on its product quality and services provided. We want our customer to share the same confident we have in our products; therefore all Adamanta brand product are backed by lifetime warranty.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
We try to make RMA returns as easy as possible. Simply contact our customer support team for technical assistant or for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You’ll receive a response within 48 hours with complete instructions or support. Then just follow the return instructions on how to send the parts back to us. A replacement will be send to you within 30 days. RMA forms are available on our contacts page.

RMA Terms and Conditions
- RMA parts are accepted when the product has the Adamanta label intact.
- All items should be free from any signs of physical damage.
- When returning the parts to us, please be sure to ship in anti-static and protective packaging.
Customer may return most products within seven (7) business days from the invoice date for an equal value exchange. All item return should meet the RMA terms and conditions.
